Tony Mauro

Tony Mauro has been managing the acquisition and development activities of major projects in the energy sector since the 1990's.  His experience includes technical, financial, legal and commercial due diligence for M&A activities as well as contract negotiation and management of organic growth initiatives.  Most recently Mr. Mauro served as Vice President, Corporate Development at Maxim Power Corp. where in addition to his business development responsibilities he led the company's efforts in the areas of stakeholder engagement, government and regulatory affairs.  He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary in 1986 and a Master of Business Administration from the same university in 1991.
