Land Administrator
Calgary

 

The Land Administrator provides surface land administration support for ongoing operations and for new projects.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Processing and issuing agreements for third party requests
  • Managing rentals and other obligations
  • Preparing agreements and other documents required for the acquisition of surface rights
  • Preparing and submitting caveats, registrations, transfers of interest, and withdrawals to the land titles office
  • Maintaining the surface land filing system
  • Preparing documents for the surface land aspects of acquisitions and divestitures

Experience, Education and Skills:

  • Petroleum Land Administration Certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of surface land administration experience, preferably in a pipelines environment
  • Experience in freehold and crown land in Alberta and Saskatchewan
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, CS Explorer, and geoSCOUT
  • Ability to read and understand survey plans
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Superior attention to detail
