Inter Pipeline Fund has adopted a Premium DistributionTM and Distribution Reinvestment Plan (the "Plan"), which enables eligible holders of Class A Limited Partnership units to accumulate additional units in Inter Pipeline Fund in a convenient and cost effective way, or receive an optional cash premium.
This Plan provides Eligible Unitholders of Inter Pipeline Fund ("Inter Pipeline") with the opportunity to reinvest their Distributions in new Units at a 5% discount to the Average Market Price on the applicable payment date, which new Units will, at the Participant's election, either be credited to its account under the Distribution Reinvestment Component of the Plan or exchanged under the Premium Distribution™ Component of the Plan for a cash payment equal to 102% of the Distributions that are reinvested.
